Pitaroudia

Pitaroudia is a traditional dish of Rhodes. They have different variations and is a delicious appetizer. They are made by fried chickpea-balls with chopped mint, onions and tomato.

Melekouni

Melekouni is a healthy, traditional sweet that you have to taste. It stands out for its great taste and high nutritional value. It is made from aromatic thyme honey, natural sesame, almonds, orange and lemon peel and various spices (depending on the area), free of sugar.

It is the traditional spirit of the island of Rhodes, basically is the Rhodesian “tsipouro” made from grapes and wine.
